GET TO KNOW THE GYM EQUIPMENT AND HOW TO USE IT â€‹

I will come with you to your gym, OR you can be my guest at Planet Fitness.

Depending on your knowledge, the appointment is typically 60-90 minutes long. 

​

This will help you reduce your risk of injury. I see people who use the equipment incorrectly all the time in the gym, whether the seat height is not adjusted properly, the leg pads are not in the proper position for their height, etc.

​

You feel like everyone is watching you look at the machine, trying to figure out how to use it.  You want to feel confident in the gym, not overwhelmed.

​

I suggest bringing a notepad with you to take notes; we cover a lot of information.

If you're intimidated by the gym, you don't have to be!

The base price is $50 for 75 minutes.  The price may be more depending on how far I need to travel.  You can save money by coming to Planet Fitness as my guest at a location within 15 miles of Hauppauge, New York.
