About This Program
BOOTYLICIOUS 6 WEEK PROGRAM This is a 6-week program that focuses on the glutes aka the booty! It's more than just for looks. A strong, sculpted booty isn't just for looks-it supports posture, posture your joints, and powers your entire body. This glute-focused (but full body) program helps you build strength, reduce pain, and tighten up from top to bottom. Yes, we're focusing on our glutes through these workouts, but we're not neglecting the rest of our bodies. This is a total-body program—we're just zoning in mainly on the booty. Upper, lower, core—we're doing it all! We are thrilled to have our Online Fitness Specialist, Ro, leading us through these booty-burning six weeks.
