THE METABOLISM MAKEOVER is a program I have spent years creating.

I wanted a program that covers all aspects of a lifestyle change toward better health. It includes the four pillars training, nutrition, mindset accountability, and self-confidence.

 

With all of the things that I have learned over my journey and all the mistakes I've made, I'm delivering something that's going to help make your life easier by dispelling the myths that are out there surrounding women aging and fitness. You get so much support from me to give you a clear direction to get you onto the path of better health, self-love, and self-confidence.

 

This program is for the person finally ready to step into a better version of themselves through proper nutrition, training, and getting rid of the diet mindset.

 

This program is different from all the other programs out there because it is a personalized, customized program I designed.  Now you can have your  Trainer, Nutritionist, and Health Coach by your side throughout the 12 weeks.

12  weekly lessons where you learn something new to change your lifestyle towards better health. Some of the topics we cover include:"

  • How to set attainable goals.

  • How to eat to balance your blood sugar, which will help reduce cravings.

  • How to eat your favorite foods and still lose weight.

  • Meal planning and meal prepping.

  • How to workout smarter, NOT HARDER, to achieve your desired body.

  • How your metabolism works and how to make it work for you.

  • Self-care practices.

  • Everything you need to know about hormones and how to balance them naturally

  • AND MUCH MORE

12 weekly mindset lessons to learn how to let go of diet culture and chronic dieting and finally learn how to lose weight and keep it off without constantly depriving yourself.

12 weeks of workouts, one set for the beginner and one set for the more advanced exerciser. These are home-based workouts and can be done with minimal equipment in about 40 minutes. I show you how you can set up a home gym with just a few pieces of equipment and how you can do it on a budget. The workouts can easily be done in the gym if you prefer.

12 weekly group coaching calls to keep you on track.

3 private one-on-one check-ins.

Access to a private Facebook Group with other people in the program.
